Featured Teller:
West-Valley resident K. Sean Buvala has been kept busy performing and teaching storytelling for 23 years. In whatever state you call home, Sean has probably performed there. Recognized by the National Storytelling Network with the “Oracle Award,” Sean describes his stories as somewhere between “in your life and in your face” depending on the needs of his audience at any moment. When he’s not working in performances, you can find Sean coaching and training other artists or working as a trainer for corporate and non-profit leaders, teaching them to use the power of storytelling to develop their own businesses. He’s the founder of Storyteller.net. Find his website at http://www.seantells.net

About:
StoryRise presents both local and national storytellers in a one-hour fringe-theater performance. This is not an open-mic night.
This event is free of charge. We invite you to enjoy a food and beverage purchase from Ground Control’s reasonably-priced menu.

Produced by Storyteller.net and The Arizona Storytelling Guild. This event is not intended for small children.

Space is (really truly) limited, so please arrive early. Ground Control offers wine-tasting at 6PM for a minimal charge. Contact them at 623.935.2604 for details.
